Embark with us on a 12-day journey from Dushanbe to the pristine Zorkul Wildlife Reserve and back. This high-altitude wildlife refuge features a large glacial lake, which separates Tajikistan from Afghanistan, surrounded by alpine steppe, and ridges of craggy mountains to the north. Our fully guided expedition is an adventure to remember for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers, offering a chance to witness the raw beauty of nature along a path where few have ventured.

  • Life list Birds: Spot high-flying Bar-headed Geese, timid Tibetan & Himalayan Snowcocks, Golden Eagles, and the Himalayan Vulture. Along the way you might catch a glimpse of the rarely seen Large Billed Reed Warbler in various riparian habitats along the Panj river.
